Larry is the only employee at GasMart. He works as the cashier. He is a mailbox.
He used to be friends with Birdley and Mr. B, but when they got new jobs he couldn't join them.
Larry seems to depend on rules more than anything else. If someone worth listening to has not made a rule against something, then to him it's perfectly okay.
