Mr. Important (AKA Mr. Authorized, he goes by both) is important. He always has a smug grin so he can rub in people's faces how important he is. Because of his importance, he can get free admission to almost anything.
One of his favorite victims is Mr. Unimportant, who has virtually no importance whatsoever, making him a key target.
Mr. Important lives on the 27th floor of Joe Evil Zincorporated, directly above Mr. Unimportant.
