Mr. Prank likes to prank people. There are always two possible scenarios for pranking.
- The prank works and he gets away with it.
- The prank fails while it's being set up and unintentionally hurts someone else, causing him to not get away with it.
The latter case was the case in World War II when Mr. Prank was taping Uysles Grant's bed to the ceiling. The tape snapped when Mr. Prank was almost done setting up and it fell on Mr. Delightful.
