The Noinator is designed to just say "No!" The entire time. It was invented by Joe in order to keep annoying people trying to sell him stuff away. He put it on his door. However, Mr. Prank put it on the other side so that it was facing Joe. It annoyed Joe a lot when he was trying to leave his house.
