Peter Nice is really nice. He is almost as nice as Bob. He tries to be extra friendly to everyone and give free stuff. He was best friends with Bob back in Mixed Culture School. However, he is really dumb. He is almost as dumb as Joe. He is kind of the exact opposite of Jo Evil. He lives in the Wniverse and is really high up on the Nicescale.
