Description[]
Randy is a short duck with an even shorter attention span. He doesn't really like working and would rather watch TV and play videogames. As a result, he slacks off a lot. At Technopark, he does scripting, but since he doesn't know how, Birdley does it for him. Instead he cleans up the place (Birdley has to help him with that, too). He is half the height of Birdley and also his best friend. He teases him about his relationship with Birdette and continually says that he isn't manly enough to make the first move.
