Regular people are different. The defining characteristic of a regular person is to have a waist size that is visibly greater than zero but otherwise have no other deviances from the anatomy of an ordinary person. Most regular people have odd names (like Bin). However, this is not always the case.
All regular people were said to have been wiped out in the Regular Extermination Project in the summer of 1983. Some people say it was unsuccessful and that regular people still walk the streets. Others say they have gone into hiding, disguising themselves with new identities and clothing (although depictable clothing should be a sure sign or regularness). Some even say that they are regular people but nobody ever believes them.
