What happened[]
This happened May 2012 when Joe was trying to invade the Pooriverse. Thousands of ants (Joe's army consists of ants) swarmed into Nomoneycity in an attempt to overtake it. The citizens fought with their bare hands. The president, Mr. Poor, had a chair to fight with. Mr. Retreat was yelling "Retreat" throughout the entire battle. However, the people were being overrun. In the last minute, Mr. Poor got the idea to use water. They went to the well and filled the only 2 buckets in the Pooriverse. They threw it on the ants who drowned. Joe was not happy with the defeat.
