Water guns were initially invented by Mr. Yangtze and are used as real weapons in the Yangtzeverse by making the water shoot out with an incredible velocity good enough to kill a person. People here primarily use them for fun. Agent Broque's water gun isn't even loaded half the time and is not dangerous at all. In worst case scenario, it might get your shirt wet, but that is still very unlikely considering Agent Broque's aim.
